Our Rajasthani Lahsun Ka Achar is handcrafted using traditional village methods passed down through generations. Fresh raw garlic cloves are washed, sun-dried naturally, and crushed in a stone mortar (khalbatta) to preserve texture and aroma. Carefully roasted and freshly ground whole spices are blended with the garlic and slow-marinated in pure mustard oil, allowing the flavors to mature naturally over time.
